Natalia Osipova will perform as a Guest Artist with the Paris Opera Ballet in Rudolf Nureyev's production of The Nutcracker on January 8 and 9, 2010 at the Opéra Bastille. She will also appear in the Ballets Russes special gala on 16 December 2009 at the Palais Garnier..On 19 October 2009 American Ballet Theatre announced that Natalia Osipova will perform as a Guest Artist in the company's 2010 Spring Season at the Metropolitan Opera House, May 17-July 10.
On 4 June 2009 Natalia Osipova was awarded the Benois de la Danse as Ballerina of the Year for her performance of the title roles in La Sylphide and Giselle, and of Medora in Le Corsaire and Jeanne in The Flames of Paris.
On 18 April 2009 at the Golden Masks Natalia Osipova and Vyacheslav Lopatin received the special award from the jury for their duet in La Sylphide.

On 22 January 2008 Natalia Osipova received The Richard Sherrington Best Female Dancer Award in the UK's 2007 National Dance Awards (Critics’ Circle National Dance Awards).
